Questions

Do I need a YouTube channel to use this?: No. You just need a Google account to sign in. The extension fetches public YouTube data on your behalf.
How is the outlier score calculated?: Each video’s view count is divided by the channel’s median Shorts views over the last 30 days. A 10× score means the video has 10 times the channel’s typical Short performance.
Does it work on Firefox or Safari?: Tested on Chrome. Should also work in Brave, Edge, Opera, Arc, Vivaldi, and other Chromium-based browsers since auth runs through the portable launchWebAuthFlow API. Firefox and Safari aren’t supported — they don’t share the Chrome extension API.
What about my privacy?: We only read what you explicitly look at on YouTube — no background scraping. Your folders and account info live in your Supabase row, gated by row-level security so other users can’t see them. See the privacy policy.
How do I cancel Pro?: Click "Manage billing" in the extension popup once you’re subscribed. It opens the LemonSqueezy customer portal where you can cancel in one click.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?: Yes. Cancel the current plan from "Manage billing" and resubscribe on the other plan from the extension popup. Annual saves $48 compared to paying monthly for 12 months.
