Refund Policy
YouTube Outlier Tracker offers a free plan so you can evaluate the product before paying anything. This policy explains what happens after you upgrade to Pro and decide to cancel or request a refund.
Try before you buy
The Free plan includes 10 channel lookups per day plus the daily niche feed and one swipe folder. That's enough to confirm the extension works for your workflow before subscribing. We strongly recommend using Free for at least a few days before upgrading.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing" link in the extension popup.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: end of the current month for monthly subscribers, end of the current year for annual subscribers. You keep Pro access until then.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds
- Monthly plan— no refunds for partial months. The monthly price ($19) is small enough that we prefer the simpler "cancel and keep access until end of month" rule.
- Annual plan — full refund available within 14 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current annual term; cancellation simply stops the renewal.
- Service failure or extended outage — if Outlier Tracker is materially broken for more than 7 consecutive days due to a fault on our side, contact support and we'll issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period regardless of plan.
How to request a refund
Email support@aszoria.com from the address on your account with your LemonSqueezy receipt or subscription ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record) and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us — the majority of issues can be resolved directly and faster. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account termination.
